Current opportunity
Travel Agent
ISS is seeking service-focused Travel Agents to support travelers from a home-office environment. These are full-time positions with equipment and technology provided by the company.

Preferred experience
Government travel experience is preferred.
Experience supporting policy-driven travel programs and government travelers will help you succeed in this role.

Service, judgment, and attention to detail.
01 / RESPONSIBILITIES
How you will contribute
- Arrange and service domestic and international travel.
- Help travelers navigate itinerary changes, disruptions, and cancellations.
- Support client travel policies and applicable government travel requirements.
- Maintain accurate reservation and traveler information.
- Communicate clearly with travelers and travel suppliers.
02 / QUALIFICATIONS
What you bring
- Travel agency, corporate travel, or related reservation experience.
- Government travel experience is preferred.
- Strong customer-service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Careful attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence working independently in a home-office environment.
